Galvanized aluminum-silicon sheet: the hot-galvanized aluminum-silicon sheet with the thickness of 0.2-1.2mm and width of 1250mm.
Hot-galvanized aluminum-silicon sheet is abbreviated for GL steel plate, is a steel plate hot-galvanizing a certain ratio of aluminum, zinc and silicon alloy on its surface. It is the steel-based composite, has excellent corrosion resistance, and it not only has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance and heat-resisting resistance to oxidation of aluminium-coated steel sheet, but also has excellent electrochemical protection of galvanized steel.
Galvanized aluminum-silicon sheet mainly has 4 advantages:
1. Smooth surface, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, its resistance life is higher 2-6 times of the galvanized steel;
2. Good heat-resisting resistance, capable of keeping color at 300℃, long-term use at about 500℃-600℃, good water resistance, soil corrosion capacity, additionally, the heat reflection factor of product is higher than 75%, suitable for manufacturing the lining of low temperature furnace.
3. Excellent coating property and processability, strong binding force to organic material, it is the good base material of colored organic coating steel, its machinability and weldability are similar with the hot galvanized plate, capable of cold bending, stamping and the like, and has beautiful appearance.
4. Additionally, the ratio of aluminium metallicum is smaller than zinc, Al-zn alloy coating ratio is the most advanced process at present.
